The Obama Administration has issued a list of federal programs proposed to be cut, reduced, or streamlined under the 2011 federal budget. The list, “Terminations, Reductions, and Savings,” highlights the importance of strong program management, as inefficient programs are cut, while those that show savings are rewarded.
