The GPRA Modernization Act has spurred agencies to action with an ambitious set of near-term goals. In an April 14 memorandum, OMB Director Jacob Lew and Deputy Director Jeffrey Zients outlined the Act’s key requirements and immediate actions required of agency leaders.
